Your own private room in an elegant, clean 330 m² apartment in the heart of Berlin, lovingly furnished to a high standard. Despite the central location on Ku'Damm with its exclusive stores, boutiques, galleries, museums, restaurants, bars and cafés, you can enjoy the peace and quiet with a view of the green inner courtyard with pond. The antique Viennese wing from 1752, the magnificent plants and the orange tree as well as the fireplace in the living room give the apartment a special charm. Your private room with a view of the quiet inner courtyard is furnished with great attention to detail in the BoHo style. A special highlight is your own dry sauna - an oasis of relaxation, especially in the colder months. The solid bed (160x200 cm) with test-winning mattress promises a restful night's sleep. Carefully selected interiors create a homely atmosphere. A modern 55-inch LED TV and a spacious closet complete the room. A height-adjustable desk with a real wood top is available if required, ideal for working or studying. Cleanliness and tidiness are a top priority throughout the accommodation. The living room serves as a common room and is magnificently furnished with two chandeliers and an orange tree. Entertainment options such as an 82-inch LED TV, a PlayStation 5 with VR glasses, a Nintendo Switch and various board and card games are available. The modern bathroom with rain shower, bathtub and WC with bidet is cleaned daily and shared with the other guests. There are two fully equipped bathrooms in the entire apartment.

Wonderful accommodation in a convenient location. The hosts and other residents couldn't be more helpful and made me feel right at home for a week in Berlin. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. There is lots of space and the apartment is extremely comfortable with beautiful furnishings and home decor. I will recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin. I was worried the place might be "too good to be true" but really it was wonderful and I will absolutely return again in the near future. Thank you to everyone that made my stay pleasant!
De ontvangst door Pepe was bijzonder hartelijk en alle bewoners waren even vriendelijk en gastvrij. De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en onze kamer waren sfeervol en met een goede vibe. We voelden ons thuis en welkom. In de buurt zijn veel restaurants.
