The guest flat is equipped with: * high-speed fibre-optic internet * 185 TV channels* games console * DVD and blue ray player The building itself is a 5 minute walk to Marcadet-Poissoniers metro, which is 3 stops from Gare du Nord (Eurostar) and Abbesses (Montmatre-Sacre Coeur).  Several inexpensive markets and shops are just downstairs. The immediate neighbourhood is a melting pot of ethnic cultures, similar to Brixton (UK) or East Village (NYC) so a far cry from the cliché touristy St Germain/Latin Quarter images you may be used to, but a must for those seeking an authentic Parisian experience.
