Step onto sand at Montecito's best beach, Miramar Beach! Just steps to the Rosewood Resort, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath is perfectly positioned for the ultimate beach getaway! Complete with 2 decks, an outdoor shower and BBQ, comfortable living room & full kitchen, this house has it all! Feel far away as you enjoy the views & the sound of the waves while being just a quick drive to Upper Village & Coast Village Road for the best of Montecito shopping & dining. We promise you’ll never want to leave! Miramar Beach houses are special because they are located directly on the sand. That being said, the homes were all built in the early 1900s and are petite in nature. You must be comfortable on stairs, because you must descend a set of stairs to get to the front door (top level of the home). The top level has a full kitchen, living area, 1/2 bath and a deck. Please note that because the homes are quite close to each other, the deck is close to the neighbor's deck. The bottom level of the home (on the sand)

The stay was fantastic and Danielle couldn't have been more helpful and easier to work with. The unit was directly located on the beach. Listening to the waves crash from the master bedroom at night and in the morning was an absolute dream. Our 3 kids would run out to the beach in the morning while we watched them from the balcony enjoying our morning coffee. The unit had a great welcome packet with a list of local recommendations which was super helpful. We will definitely be coming back at some point!

We had a great stay at Danielle's beach cottage. Great location on Miramar Beach; just a short stroll from the Rosewood Hotel. The cozy cottage had everything you need for a nicely appointed beach stay. You could almost reach out and touch the surf during high tide. Danielle was swiftly responsive to our questions and had great recommendations from restaurants - things to do.

The beach house is positioned right on the sand at Miramar beach in Montecito just doors from the new Rosewood Miramar Beach Resort - close enough to walk to for cocktails or a dinner out, but far enough for privacy and solitude. We are located behind private gates with two dedicated private parking spots.
We are a quick 3 minute drive to Upper Village Montecito for dinner and shopping, or a 3 minute drive to Coast Village Road for more shopping and dining.
Miramar also offers beginner waves at the point should you want to surf during your stay.
The easiest way to get around is by car - whether you bring your own, rent or take ubers.
Biking is a super fun way to get to Coast Village for dining or shopping.
