Excelente departamento, todo tal cual la descripción. Augusto es realmente un súper anfitrión, nos hizo sentir como en casa, su ayuda para nosotros fue invaluable. Recomiendo a ojos cerrados este depto, excelente lugar para alojarse y conocer las maravillas de la ciudad de Cuenca..

This place was perfect for us. Located in a great area with many restaurants within easy walking distance. The building staff were very friendly and professional. Augusto was always responsive to our needs. The apartment was clean and uncluttered and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer, as we were there for 3 weeks. Would definitely stay here again.
Best Airbnb in Cuenca!! From the moment we booked the apartment, Augusto was always attentive and willing to help. The apartment is absolutely amazing! It is brand new with an amazing location in front of the river. There is everything in the apartment for a long stay and has a huge terrace with lounge chairs. The building is beautiful and the apartment was spotless clean. We will definitely be back!
Augusto was very helpful from start to finish. Very prompt answers to any questions The location for us was perfect as we were familiar with this neighborhood. Safe and walkable. Cuenca has significantly improved transport and street crossings for pedestrians. Condo has excellent security also. Very nice condo with 2 patios that are in back of street so very quiet. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Cuenca. Thank you

Puertas del Sol is the name of the neighborhood where the property is located. Super safe neighborhood people walk around all the time. Near restaurants and grocery stores for shopping. About 7 to 10 minutes to the center of the city. River front views walk around side by side with the Tomebamba River. Public transportation just few blocks away where you can take the tranvia to the center of the city or other destinations. There is also a bike path in front of the building near the river if you biking.
Walking is the best choice to get around this part of the city, there is coffee shops and few restaurants near by. Parking is not that great in the main roads by you can find parking on the side streets. Luckily you can park your car on our 24/7 residential garage and just walk around the river and never worry about paying for parking. But if you have more than 1 car please feel free to contact me and i can help on finding parking around the block. Also please feel free to ask the security guards in the lobby for parking they are also very helpful.
