Relax in Rotorua, the perfect base situated in a quiet residential suburb. This house is spacious and inviting with its open plan kitchen, dinning, & living that opens up to a sunny deck area. The internal access to the garage provides room for all your toys along with a full laundry. Please note this isn’t a party house and our quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Master Bedroom: Super King Bed Bedroom two: Queen Bed Bedroom three: Single Bed Secure single garage with roller door to store mountain bikes, and toys.

房子很新，很舒服。唯一的问题就是隔音很差，睡眠不太好的要注意。而且很奇怪的是淋浴间的灯是和排风扇一个开关，但是厕所又是在另外一间，很奇怪的设计。其他都很棒～

We really liked our stay. A second story, light filled, warm, nicely decorated and just a really comfortable home. Sam & Ash live on the ground floor and we didn't hear them at all. A great location to the center of town, supermarkets, Skyline and the amazing forest which we biked and hiked. A great stay.
