Ish’s place is clean and quiet. He was very responsive and kind and I felt quite comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

The place was very easy to find and exactly as described. I was already staying in the area so already familiar with the surroundings. It’s the newer area of Erie so pretty much all the homes are new or new-ish. The house floor plan was good, and I liked that the room and shared bathroom was right near the front of the home which I prefer. Ish was very responsive and friendly and I felt very comfortable during my short stay. The room looks just as pictured and has a warm cozy feel. The bathroom was quite clean and I didn’t have any problems sharing with the other guest. The area doesn’t have much yet but if you’re looking for peaceful and beautiful surroundings, this is a great option.

Convenient, inexpensive. Privacy in the bedroom—the house layout meant that the family’s area was far away from the rental bedroom.
