With a sunny backyard with a BBQ to chill out during the day and warm lights during the evening to invite you for a cozy warm night. There are all kitchen appliances required, making for a relaxed and practical stay. The unit setup is a Single bed in a sunroom (BED3 in the floorplan), a queen bed in the master room(BED1), and a queen bed + single sofa bed in the last room(BED2). This apartment provides both vacationers and business visitors with the perfect alternative to a hotel, better than you will feel like you are at HOME. It's bright, sunny, beautiful, sparkling clean, and fits perfectly 6 guests with the possibility to fit 3 extra people to sleep on the sofa bed (become a king single bed). I can guarantee you will have a welcoming experience while staying in Bondi Beach at my spacious apartment. ✔ Parking We provide 4 up to 5 private parking spots for your vehicle but it's on the driveway of the building. It means that you will need to stop your vehicles behind each one in line. It's recommended that passengers leave their car before you park your car in the reverse so you can have better space to open the door without hitting the door and damaging your vehicle. The width is 2,4m from the fence to the wall so make sure your car is not bigger than that. We solved the parking issue in Bondi for you. ✔ Beaches Wake up and roll out of bed for a swim, then grab breakfast, and coffee. Going for a walk from Bondi Beach to Bronte along the coastal walk. Bondi Beach - is located a 3-minute walk. Tamarama Beach - is located a 22-minute walk. Bronte Beach - is located a 30-minute walk. Bondi Beach is the safest of the 3 local beaches and is patrolled by professional lifeguards all year round. ✔ Walks You can go to the famous Bondi to the Coogee coast. This walk takes 2 to 3 hours to complete the return journey. The walk continues past Coogee to Maroubra for those who may want a longer walk. ✔ Cafes & Shops You are on the same street as my 2 favorite cafes: Depot and Harris(less than 2 minutes from both cafes in front of each other). You are exactly less than 2 minutes from the main street of Bondi called Campbell Parade(Beach St) which restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets surround. Also, it is less than 5 minutes away from Hall St, the most commercial st in Bondi. ✔ Kindly Note This apartment is in a very quiet residential building. This is not the place for you if you're planning to party or invite late-night groups of people to the property. Quite times from 8 pm to 7 am Monday to Saturday. 8 pm to 8 am on Sundays. Also, It can have a few people accessing the backyard even if it's rare (myself or Barak (cohost) as we have our storage there.
