El alojamiento de Sinaia es muy confortable y tranquilo, está a metros de sol y se puede llegar caminando mientras recorres las calles de Madrid. Es tranquilo y el teletrabajo es realizable sin problemas, está super bien equipado y siempre están atentos a cosas que puedan estar estropeadas y las limpiezas son constantes y poco intrusivas ya que te avisan con tiempo los horarios. Sin duda que a tu llegada te dejen objetos que siempre hacen falta en un viaje e incluso cortesías extra hacen de este alojamiento uno muy bueno. Solo toma en cuenta que es un cuarto piso sin ascensor, así que prepárate para subir con tus maletas, aunque una vez arriba, todo va mejor

My stay couldn’t have been better! The location was perfect, with 3 metro stations 2-5 minutes away, and 2 train stations at a 10 minute walk. The area is lively and full of restaurants and bars, but the flat was calm and silent. In 10-15 walking you can get anywhere in the center. The apartment was beautifully decorated and extremely well equipped, even for longer stays. I stayed for 2 months and never felt like there was anything missing from there. The flat wasn’t too large (note that its location is very central and that seems to be standard for Madrid) and didn’t have direct sunlight, but I stayed for two months and it felt cosy and like home immediately. Sinaia was always extremely responsive and helpful every time I asked anything, even with last minute requests or emergencies - once, I locked myself outside and was let in again in 30’. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would strongly recommend it.

Despite me leaving early due to some external works, this is a wonderful and cozy central apartment and Sinaia is a great host. I recommend it!

I think that this apartment is the best one in terms of size/quality ratio. Though it is small you receive everything you need. And it is located in a very active area. Ideal for short trips.

Best experience i ever had in airbnb! The place is amazing. Everything in here is so smart. The kitchen is comfortable and fully equipped (good pots, pans and knives). The shower is great - hot water and good pressure. The place is small but it feels bigger than it is since it is so well designed. I'd love to come back! Hosts: Sinaia and Alejandro were very kind and approachable. I felt they listened to me and cared about my experience. Neighborhood: 3 min from the metro (lavapies station). 3 min from a large 24/7 supermarket. good cafes and affordable restaurants. lavapies has a lot to offer but it could be not so fun late at night. Location: 10-15 min from Sol (the center of the city)
