Beautiful home that sits on the same lot as 4 other homes/units hence why they are very strict with noise level. The neighbors are in close proximity and since the homes are fairly new and empty, your noise may echo. We were in Unit 1 which was all the way down the driveway and to the back. It was kind of hard to see the unit numbers late at night. The home is beautiful & perfect size with 2bdrm/1 bath upstairs and 1bdrm/1bath downstairs. The parking area is kind of tight if you have a truck or a van, but regular cars are good and should fit in the garage. The only thing is that there was still trash left behind, items in the fridge & some of the kitchen Utensils were dirty. Other than that, great place to stay if you can keep noise to a minimum(to prevent being fined and/or kicked out). We also asked for a late checkout but that wasn't possible. It's quite difficult to get out at 10am when you're in a group with young children.
