Jim's home is very comfortable, well appointed, and quiet. Very comfortable for the three of us to relax and rest between hiking days in Eastern Oregon. the layout is very cozy, and the house is easy to get to and from for traveling to the local attractions. Hosts were excellent and so friendly! Place was perfect for us and we appreciated being able to walk downtown. It was so clean as well. We would stay here again for sure!

Wonderful little home in the heart of the John Day valley.. It was a perfect fit for what i needed. Host Jim was great at answering any questions i had and made it extremely easy to add one more night to our stay. I'll definitely stay here again down the road.

This was a quaint old two bedroom house that has been fixed up for a rental property. Very well stocked house and kitchen with seating for four in the living room. We stayed in Bungalow 310 and my only complaint is that the beds needed to be updated with new mattresses as well as the small couch. Both were uncomfortable and as we got rained out of our activities, we ended up spending much more time inside than expected.
