We LOVED our stay and enjoyed the dining room and entertainment room for our small famial gatherings. The location was excellent. Small details like built in USB and USB-C in all of the wall outlets was a thoughtful touch. Nicely appointed and very well maintained. My only comment is to add a binder in the house to explain the heat and hot water systems and stove top. We struggled a bit to understand. The house had advanced technology for heat and we struggled with turning on and keeping up the heat and initially had no hot water, but the host was extremely quick to respond and resolve any issue we had.

Beautifully decorated house in a good location. Decent size bedrooms with very comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. We booked for Christmas was disappointed there was no tree or anything remotely Christmassy. Well equipped kitchen for entertaining but needed more than one tea towel and a long handled broom and a hoover would have been useful. The house was chilly on arrival no house instructions on how to operate the heating. Description does not match there is no ‘lounge area’ cinema room was comfortable but down very steep stairs in a basement area so not a very sociable area. A doormat and some coat hooks in the hall would have been useful as the kitchen area became cluttered with coats. On street parking is only two hours there is a local car park for a longer stay but becomes quite costly. Overall we had a lovely stay.
