This cute house is in the best location in Split! Matea was very responsive. We were very worried about parking our rental car and she helped us out so much with that right on arrival. Comfortable King bed and loved both upstairs and downstairs patios! We also requested a late check out and she was able to give us one. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants around the city. Great communication with the host, 10/10 would recommend!

We loved our stay here. The location couldn’t have been better and the host was responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. Would recommend this stay to anyone!!

Matea’s place is incredible. You can’t beat the location, as it is a few steps to Diocletian Palace which is filled (inside and outside) with shops and restaurants. Plus the main port is right there. The place was cozy and Matea was super responsive with any questions or requests (like a few extra towels). We had a bad experience with a taxi on the way there, and Matea went above and beyond and contacted the taxi company on our behalf. We had everything we needed and settled in quickly. If you stay here, we highly suggest getting a meal from Konoba Kod Joze which is right next to Matea’s place. We went on a night when we were too tired to do much, and the traditional Dalmatia food was exactly what we needed…comfort! Porta’s just inside the palace walls has amazing pizza. Finally, go visit artist Domagoj Ante Sartori who has a small studio in the palace walls. His dad was also an artist in Split and you can find some amazing affordable pieces. Plus his mom and him were super friendly!

Wow! Amazing location right in front of the park, and 2 mins walking from the palace/old town. Peaceful, and noise free. We stayed 5 nights and would have easily spent more days if we knew the stay was going to be this great. And did I mention how amazing Matea is, she gave us lots of great recommendations, was always responsive and even let us check in 6 hours early!! God-sent when you are travelling with a kindergartener. Definitely recommended!!

Romantische kleines Häuschen Nähe Zentrum mit sowohl Dachterrasse als auch Sitzgelegenheit vor der Haustür. Matea half schnell via Mail bei Fragen. Es war wieder ein toller Urlaub in der schönen Stadt Split. Wir kommen gerne zurück!
