This is a private en-suite master bedroom on the highest floor of a coastal villa that enjoys breathtaking ocean view right from you bed. 50" private TV & air-conditioner It features a shared roof-top pool, a bright solarium, a beautiful ocean-view garden and balcony. A fully stocked kitchen, fridge, washer available for use. 5 minutes walk away from the beaches, supermarket, and many drinking & dining options, and public transit. Please see the last 2 pictures for a video & virtual tour! 【Only the bedroom and the en-suite bathroom are private. Everything else such as the pool is shared with 0-4 other guests】 This lovely villa is newly-renovated and fitted with modern amenities and high-end appliances to ensure a comfortable stay. You are renting 1 bedroom. Your private bedroom has 16 m2 area + 4 m2 private ensuite bathroom. 50" TV inside the bedroom, as well as a single-size sofa bed and a study desk. You will also be able to access plenty of outdoor space to enjoy Portugal's sunny weather. Splash some water in the pool, relax in the outdoor leisure area, have a glass of chilled wine on the balcony while enjoying the magnificent sunset above the ocean.

For the purpose of my travel this has been the perfect place. I could work while enjoying the sea view from my room. There is free parking in the street in front of the house and if you like to go to the city centre you can simply take the train (5minutes away from the airbnb). The ride takes about 30 minutes. The communication is easy and Ray responds quickly. The place is clean and has got all what you need. Definitely recommend it!
Parede의 고급주택가 위치한 넓고 안락하고 다양한 편의시설을 갖춘 숙소. 바로 앞에 Continent 대형 마켓이 있고 기차역까지 도보로 5~6분 거리에 있어, 센터까지 30분이면 이동 가능합니다. 평일이라 한층을 단독으로 쓸수 있어서 2틀을 더 연장해 마치 리조트에 온것처럼 편안하게 쉬며 여행했습니다.
Very well managed residency and highly responsive host. I been many hotels, her level of managing the space and support for guest is many times better than many hotels I been to. She takes ownership to be responsible for guest and plan ahead for future guest, is a first class manager. And realistic in managing guest expectations while extend courtesy and is helpful. For me, I appreciate the house rules becuase it helps me to understand the host’s concern which often is been considerate towards other guests. Also I learn tips to manage my house etc.. I am impressed at the level of detailed thought in placing all the essential items at the right spot. Great experience.
I stayed at this place for about two weeks and had a really great time. The place is as shown in the pics. It also happens to be conveniently located relatively close to Carcavelos and not too far from Sintra either, and is walking distance to the subway that takes you to Lisbon. I felt that the service was especially great - Jolly, who's the housekeeper has kept the house in pristine condition. She made sure that the living spaces were always clean and organized. Apart from that she is very friendly as well and I felt right at home the whole time. Definitely visiting again!

The villa is located on the beautiful Lisbon coast. It's an ideal home base for exploring Lisbon and its surrounding must-go vacation destinations:
★ Lisbon center (city life) : 20 min by car/train
★ Cascais (very popular quaint beach town): 10 min by car/train
★ Sintra (UNESCO castles and hiking): 20 min by car
At the same time, you'll be just step away from beaches, groceries, and dining & drinking. A mere 10-minute walk would take you to 2 beaches:
1. the Parede beach, ideal for paddle surf, and it's renowned for its therapeutic properties in treating bone disease (so much so that it's home to an Orthopaedic Hospital).
2. the Avencas beach, which has a rare natural seawater pool. It is extra safe and especially popular among kids and teens, as they can explore and discover marine life at low tides.
The world-famous Carcavelos beach is also only 5-min drive away. It's ideal for surfing, and hosts many surfing competitions
With the best beaches for surfing in Portugal, there are many surf schools and surf stores nearby.
There are all kinds of amenities within walking distance:
★ A big "Continente" supermarket & pharmacy, 50 meters away.
★ a variety of restaurants/cafes/patisseries/bars, different shops, 7 major banks, ATMs, within 1-5min walk.
★ a train station that reliably and conveniently takes you to Lisbon or Cascais on a scenic coastal journey, 5 min walk away
Despite its central location, the house is on a quiet residential street, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep.
This is one of the most desirable and safest areas of Portugal , and a police station is just around the corner.
★ Lisbon International Airport: 35 min drive (EUR 15-25 Uber)
★ Lisbon center: 25 min drive (EUR 12-20 Uber), or 20-30 min scenic coastline train ride
★ Cascais historic center: 10 min drive (EUR 3-5 Uber), or 10 min scenic coastline train ride
★ Sintra center (UNESCO castles and hiking trails): 20 min drive (EUR 10-15 Uber)
★ Beaches & surfing: 10 min walk
★ World-class golf courses: 10-20 min drive (EUR 3-10 Uber)
★ Continente Supermarket: right in front of the villa, less than 1 min walk

Free street parking right outside the house.
All amenities/attractions are within 5 min walk, or easily accessible by public transportation/affordable Uber. You don't need a car if you don't want to (unlike in other neighborhoods of Cascais), and you won't hear plane noise to ensure good rest (unlike in Lisbon). Being on the same side of the Tagus River as Lisbon, you also won't need to worry about traffic jam (unlike on the other side of the river). You’ll get the best of all worlds!
