Tauan and Luana's apartment was perfect for us! Very conveniently situated right in Rio Vermelho with plenty of food stands, grocery stores, and shops nearby (and 3-5 minute Uber ride from lots of bars and restaurants). Check-in was very easy, and Luana was super responsive to any questions/requests we had throughout the week. The apartment complex is on a very steep hill - not a problem if you're in relatively good shape, but if you're planning on walking to/from the apartment a lot, it's a bit of a workout getting back up the hill to return home. The neighborhood was so lovely though, so it's definitely worth walking around a bit and checking everything out! The apartment itself was very clean, roomy, and nicely decorated! The views of the ocean/sunset from the balcony were absolutely stunning. Bedrooms were very comfy (and air-conditioned!), and each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was very nice. 100% would stay here again! We whole-heartedly recommend Tauan and Luana's place.

If you want to stay in the Rio Vermelho neighborhood, this property is situated very well. It is walking distance to a square with bars and a well known acarajé vendor. It is also a short walk to Praia Paciencia, which we enjoyed on multiple mornings. We found Tauan and Luana, the co-hosts, responsive and we really enjoyed our Carnaval holiday staying in this property.

Tauan was an incredible host. Very attentive. The home was immaculate and the location is gorgeous. The balcony is unbeatable. Will 100 per cent stay again. Thank you guys

We arrived at Tauan's place after a very long trip and received a friendly greeting from the security guard and were able to get right into the apartment. The apartment appeared just as shown in the photos and was beautiful. We walked up the stairs to the second floor and out onto the deck. The views were amazing. The deck has outside seating and a glassed in room with air-conditioning that allows you to enjoy the view in comfort during the hotter part of the day. The two bedrooms were also air-conditioned with comfortable beds. We slept well. The boardwalk was just down the street from the apartment and Paciência beach was 10 minute stroll from the apartment. We bought food from a small grocery store, got our hair cut and went to the bank on the next street (5 min walk). Restaurants were all around with Shanti being our favorite for truly a delicious lunch. We would definitely stay again. Note: There is major construction across from the apt. Salvador is growing.
