The Old Office is a quirky, Newly converted ‘80’s Office, situated in the heart of Newark On Trent, above a busy Coffee House/Wine Bar and Hair Salon, Overlooking the River Trent and next to the beautiful Castle ruins makes this the perfect stay for anyone wanting to soak up all this lovely Market Town has to offer! Perfectly located giving you easy access to all the main Train Links. If you like a cool space full of energy. we’re sure you’ll love The Old Office as much as we do! A spacious 2 bedroom (both en suite) apartment with additional 2 sofa beds (additional cost applies) with a private decking area to the rear of the property. A super convenient Residence parking permit is included for 1 car (the property is situated overlooking the Town Wharf car park)

Fantastic stay at The Old Office. Great location although with the brilliant space indoors and out we could happily have stayed in all weekend! Great selection of cooking items and glasses plates etc and a lovely welcoming treat of cakes, tea, coffee and milk! The team down in the bar were welcoming and friendly too making recommendations of places to eat. Will definitely be back!
Our family had a wonderful time at The Old Office House. Les was so flexible and the place was ready on arrival. So many lovely touches welcomed us, including (so many to list!) sweet treats and tea, coffee and milk. The place is fantastic, very comfy beds and bedding, incredible bath and shower (with lovely toiletries) and a kitchen with more than you need. Great restaurant recommendations (we tried 2, both lovely) and very responsive when we couldn’t find a light switch! I have stayed in many AirBnB’s and this is one of the best! Beautiful place, great location to explore the area (we went to Lincoln for the day - train station 2 mins away) and have nice relaxing evenings. Thank you!
We had had a great stay at the old office. It’s a lovely comfortable, modern property with a great central location and easy access to Newark. Les was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The property is large and has a great living space which suited us as a family of four. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.
What a fantastic Airbnb, beautifully furnished, pristinely clean, really comfortable beds, with gorgeous linen, bathrooms were lovely with lovely shower gels and shampoo provided, and plenty of loo rolls! The kitchen is beautiful, and they had left us some lovely bread, butter, jams, tea , coffee (instant and fresh) milk, etc. Plus dishwasher tablets , cloths, washing up liquid etc. Really everything you could ever want had been provided. We just loved the space. Its brilliantly situated to walk into Newark, with the Barge pub right opposite, and parking directly outside (one free space). Les and Kev were unbelievable hosts, really excellent communication before we arrived, super easy to get in with keys in the lock box, they were very kind, checking we had arrived ok and that everything was as expected. We would highly recommend for a great weekend. 10 out of 10 from us!
