We will be very happy to host you in our fully renovated apartment, in the center of Athens, just a few minutes walking from the metro, decorated with special care and love to make you feel at home! Don't worry about anything since the apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary facilities: wifi, air conditioning, electrical appliances, bed linen, towels, but also books & games to spend your time happily. We are at your disposal for any help or additional information you need. The apartment: The apartment is located in DAFNI ATTIKIS area. Renovated in July 2023, it is 50 m2 and is located on the 1st floor - with elevator. (Floor apartment – together with its "little brother" - a fully renovated studio). The neighborhood is quiet and you can enjoy your coffee or tea on the small but quiet terrace. The area is ideal for exploring the center of Athens with the metro just a 4-minute walk away ("Ag. Ioannis" stop) and an 8-minute walk away ("Dafni" stop). Also, within a few steps you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. Feel free to ask us for additional information on what to do or how to get somewhere! For your sleep, there is a queen size bed (160*200) in the bedroom, two folding single wall beds as well as a sofa that becomes a bed in the combined kitchen-living room area. (Ideal for families with children too!) You will find clean bed linen as well as extra pillows in the wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with: fridge, stove, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, toaster, Filter - cappuccino - frappe - Greek coffee machines. In the living room there is a 55 inch TV and an office desk to work in your comfort. There is of course also wifi – 100Mbps Fast Internet. On the middle floor you will find the laundry room where you can freely use the washing machine, dryer machine, iron, vacuum cleaner and all cleaning products. If you have a dog or cat, we're sorry we can't accommodate them.
