Hemos estado como en casa en este excelente alojamiento en una zona concurrida con bares, restaurantes y supermercados al rededor. Unas bonitas vistas a un parque y edificios antiguos cercanos. El apartamento está reformado en estado impecable, muy cómodo. A 10 min andando de una estación de metro, además de tener parada de bus abajo. Luca ha sido encantador, amable y detallista en todo momento. Te hace recomendaciones y está pendiente de que todo vaya bien. La zona muy ambientada, perfecta para tomar una cerveza o copa al llegar de hacer turismo. Lo recomendamos al 100% esperamos volver.

Casa muito limpa e numa excelente localização, com paragem de autocarros em frente e estação de metro a 10min a pé. Nas redondezas tem mercado e vários cafés para se tomar o pequeno almoço e disfrutar. O Luca é um anfitrião espetacular - muito flexível no check in, muito amigável e deu recomendações excelentes de restaurantes típicos locais! Sem dúvida um excelente local para se ficar numa visita a Roma, recomendo! 👌🏽

Luca was really nice and communicative, however he had told us prior to booking that the apartment has shutters for privacy, and as soon as we arrive we notice one of the shutters in the room, in front of the bed, was completely missing and there was no privacy to change. Also, the front door was a glass french door which was mostly transparent, so I didn’t feel comfortable at all. The mattress and pillows were unfortunately not comfortable and the street was more noisy than we expected :( The body wash and hand wash in the bathroom were really bad quality, really watery and not foaming, we still felt dirty after using them. The shower faucet kept falling off and water from the shower would leak outside the shower door, which was inaccurate - given that the listing says “recently renovated”. I feel bad giving a bad review because he was a nice person, but it really didn’t feel worth $162 CAD a night
