Stylish one bedroom apartment, just 10km from Melbourne’s CBD in Coburg’s Pentridge precinct. Explore the historic Pentridge village by staying in this modern and stylish apartment. Filled with light, spacious, and elegant, this apartment offers beautiful views in an excellent location at just few steps away from the Pentridge Shopping Centre, Palace cinema, Brewdog brewery, Olivine wine bar, cafes, and restaurants set amongst a beautiful, green piazza. I call my apartment "un angolo di paradiso' (a heaven's corner). The floor to ceiling windows in the living room offer a beautiful 180° view of the surrounding areas giving the space a sense of calm and serenity. The bedoom is filled with light and is also set up as a working station. The kitchen is fully equipped and the pantry will have all the basic needs to cook.

This place was a lovely treat to a trip for a nearby event we were in Melb 4 we loved everything about the apartment & location & even contemplated staying longer No need for a car all in walking distance & transport so easy check in & out was super easy Pentridge precinct highly recommend We will definately be back
Marco went out of his way to meet us at his beautiful property, helped us with entry, and even waited for us when we were late arriving due to heavy traffic. The area is well connected with 2 tram lines and a train line nearby that can easily take you to inner-city suburbs and to the CBD in less than 30 minutes. There two beautiful bike tracks nearby, along the stunning Merri Creek and the recently upgraded Upfield bike path. The apartment is also 20 minutes from the airport.
