You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Everyone who visits never wants to leave. Located just a 10 minute walk from town, yet it feels like your a million miles away. You can hear the river from the lounge, and the bird life is abundant! There are ample facilities for cooking, a library for relaxing, an indoor skate ramp for the kids and space for the dog to run!

We absolutely loved our stay at Dawn's especially the living area which is expansive - there is much to do and lots of places to hang out in the house (loved the coffee machine, puzzles, skate ramp & library) and with the big back yard Rosie our dog was right at home. We will be back!
Absolutely stunning location. Awesome, comfortable, private house with lots of amenities and a huge lawn. Very helpful responsive host. 6 out 5 stars!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. so comfortable. Loved the welcoming touches for the dog of a bed and water bowls. Sitting on the decking looking out at the garden... heavenly. Highly recommended

This home is in a rural setting, totally private surrounded by a river, some native bush and other trees.
Heaven is the perfect place to park the car and go everywhere during your stay on your bike. We are a 2 min car ride, 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to the centre of town!
