Our stay at the villa was overall pleasant. I’ll provide an accurate description of our experience, both pros and cons. Pros - Location is great. Walkable, bus stop near. House is spacious, quiet. A/C works well in each room. Blackout shades work relatively well, and mattresses are comfty. The community is gated and safe, and pool is wonderful. Great views of the lagoon. Mgmt is very responsive and helpful if you alert them of anything you need, but there seems to be a general lack of knowledge of the condition of the house unless you let them know. I highly recommend the shuttle service to and from the airport. early checkin/late checkout, but use the Airbnb app for all comms so that info doesn’t get lost. We had some miscommunication using Wutsap, but resolved it. Cons - everything is a bit dated. The sheets and towels are cleaned but they’re ripped, have holes, or have spots. Pillows are ok. Kitchen is basic. Washer/dryer didn’t work. Wifi doesn’t work in 3 rooms.

The place was spacious but very dirty. I have pictures to back it up if needed. The downstairs window blind had a old dead lizard stuck to it. The bathroom I used in my bedroom had roaches on 3 occasions. The 3rd floor bathroom had a hair ball stuck in it. My dresser in my room was dusty...cleanliness was HORRIBLE. Also, one of the 2nd floor bedrooms automatically locks when closed so my son was locked out twice. The 1st time they came unlovked it and the 2nd time they didnt amd we had to leave that day so he had to leave some things behind. The pool was amazing and clean everyday. The villas had security at the front gate with controlled access so it made it feel safe. So that was the 2 best things. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is because it was just too dirty and gross, which is a shame because the Villa itself was nice.

Estuve muy comodo, tiene buen A/C. Cada cuarto tenia su propio baño, lo unico malo es que la puerta de enfrente no cierra bien por si sola, tenemos que poner el seguro para que cierre, y la alberca publica tiene horario, deberian tener horario extendido para la alberca a las 10pm no quieren a nadie alrededor. Los que vigilan estan ahi 24 horas eso estuvo muy bien.
