2 Bed, 2 Bath residence on acreage 5 minutes from St. Joe, MO and Savannah, MO. It’s a large metal building and the rental area is located upstairs and accessible to those renting. The view is beautiful and overlooks a Gazebo and pond. Experience the quiet country life all while close to shopping and dining. Master bath has a jacuzzi tub and shower. The 2nd bath has a shower/tub. Each bedroom has a TV/DVD Player. Smart TV in Main Area. Kitchen stocked. Washer and Dryer as well. The residence space is on the second floor of a large metal building. At one time the lower level of the building was a commercial business. It is now used on occasion for small meetings by a non-profit. The second floor has a private space of two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large fully stocked kitchen.

Fridge broke and Shannon went out of the way to get a new one brought in for us, very friendly and helpful.
Excellent place to stay. We were 12+ hours from home but this house had everything we needed and more to feel right at home. Highly recommended, very spacious inside and scenic outside.
This clean and comfortable place was centrally located for our needs. Easy access and parking made arriving late in the evening no problem. We enjoyed staying here and would stay again.

Uber or rental car. Parking at the residence is open in front of the garage. There may be occassions where meetings are going on in the lower level of the downstairs by a nonprofit. There are 2 free parking spots in front of the garage.
