It is a very good location if you will spend time around Kadiköy. You can walk many places. Also very close to subway for reaching Sabiha Gokcen Airport. Uygar is really responsive and helpful host. Kitchen area is limited if you want to use it other than making tea or coffee. All in all it was a good stay for the price.
I had a wonderful stay here. The host was welcoming and the place matched the photos, it also has everything you might need, the area is good, it's close to the man areas in Kadikoy, and at the same time it is quiet, and there are plenty of cozy cafes all around it I enjoyed those too. I would recommend this place, and I will surely stay here again :)
