I needed a place to stay while my wife and I relocated to the area. Scott was very approachable and responded quickly if I had any questions. It was over the winter, Scott kept the walkway clear of snow and ice. The place itself has all the things you need for a comfortable stay. Kingston is city with a small town feel. Scott’s place is a mere 15 minutes from princess street and the downtown core. Great location!

Quiet and private space near the Community Center, with a short walk to main commercial streets. Convenience store nearby. All basics functional for a temporary stay. Kitchenette and laundry machines much appreciated. Comfortable bed. Warm without draft. It is a great space at this rate. Very nice.

Was a nice place, clean and comfy. Only issue was that the place might be small for some people but it looks the same as the pictures so there were no surprises.

Lovely cozy place walking distance from fabulous downtown attractions. Cleverly set up with all kinds of thoughtful touches. We will be back!
