Located close to St Austell town centre and just a couple of miles away from the south coast. Our house has recently been completely redecorated with new carpets throughout. Your perfect base from which to explore Cornwall! Off street parking at the rear of the property is available for 1 or 2 cars but vehicular access is only 209cm wide so is unsuitable for large cars and vans. Free on street parking is also available. Fast wifi available. Built in 1903 this is a traditional end terrace property with 2 bedrooms

A great place to stay, clean, tidy and has everything you need. Easy parking a grocery store close by.
Great place exactly as advertised. It was actually cheaper than the local travelodge! Would stay again.
I went the Matt house other times I really like the house and location. The house have good rooms and spacious. Always is clean . The Matt very kind person and answer my questions quickly. I really recommend. Matt left the Cornwall sweet I really apreciar it . Thank you again Matt I hope illl back soon. :)
