In our stay at this apartment, we found the host to be communicative and responsive, but unfortunately, promises to address cleanliness and functionality issues were not fulfilled. The apartment was not as clean as depicted in the pictures, with an unclean fridge and a non-functioning sink. Despite the friendly demeanor of the host, these issues remained unresolved. On a positive note, the check-in process was easy. However, due to the cleanliness concerns, I cannot recommend this place to those who prioritize cleanliness. If affordability takes precedence over cleanliness for you, and you're in a hurry, this might suit your needs.
