We booked the apartment and informed the host, host did not let us know the apartment wasn’t avail til we got to the apartment only to be told it wasn’t avail. When I asked the host to cancel booking, there was a long delay so I had to contact Airbnb to resolve the situation so I could get a refund and we had to find accommodation at the last minute.
