The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. There are separate air conditiors for each bedroom & the living room. Everything was pretty much the same as advertised in the photos provided. We felt very safe there because of the assigned parking lot and the 24/7 security. This apartment complex is located in a very convenient location. Just a five-minute walk to Makumbura Multimodal Transport Centre to access buses and train. Many restaurants and grocery stores in the walking distance. The views from the rooftop were beautiful. The host, Anuruddha was very helpful. He responded quickly to any concerns and questions we had during our stay. Overall, we had an enjoyable time staying at this apartment. We highly recommend this apartment and it is worth for the payment we made. Lakshman, Canada

The accommodation was very clean and spacious, same as advertised in the photos provided. The views from the balconies and rooftop were stunning and beautiful. The pool and gym were also clean and easy to use. From the accommodation it was easy to access to transportation (tuk tuks, buses and trains were all within a five minute walk), restaurants and supermarkets. We all felt very safe within the building because of the 24/7 security. The caretaker, Anurudha, was always responsive to any concerns and questions we had and very helpful. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time staying at this accommodation.
Host (Anuradha) was great with communication and flexible where possible. Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. The apartment is modern, comfortable and very clean, and located in convenient place. Easy access to public transport , super market and restaurants etc. Overall a wonderful place, I would stay here again easily!
Anurudda was very responsive 24/7. Clean rooms and bedsheets. Good air conditioning and value for money.
