Great oasis for creating memories with your family! 2 acre lake with a zipline, Wibit, water slide, kayaks, paddle boards, peddle boat, canoe…So many opportunities for fun! acres of land, 4 ponds, large mouth bass, amphitheater that seats 250, yard game area (in ground trampoline, sand volleyball, ladder ball, horse shoes, tether ball, climbing dome, etc), farm animals (goats, long horn cows, donkey, chickens.. Want to go camping at the Swell Retreat, but still sleep in a comfy bed? Then you want to go glamping! Glamorous camping at its best, our glamping tents are the perfect combination of comfort and adventure. Sleep in the peaceful outdoors, in an ultra comfortable queen bed, with two fold down couches for a total of -----6 guests----- Solar lighting inside.

Beautiful location with all the amenities for a good time.
I got a little lost coming in at night, but the owner came and found me. He was absolutely amazing! Guided us to the pizza shop that was just down the road. We planned on just staying the night and leaving first thing in the morning. After waking up, my daughter found so many neat and fun things to do at this place! we went swimming, kayaking, and did a zip line thing.. it was SOOO much fun! I'm planning a family trip to ho back! There's so many things that aren't listed!. You have to check this place out! It's all private. Quiet. oh, and the sheets were AMAZING! They smelled clean and fresh. I went alone with my 17 year old daughter. She loved it! We felt safe.
Nice getaway! They have entertainment right on the property (multiple small lakes with kayaks, paddle boats, a bouncy house, zipline, benches for seating, tramp, cornhole, horses, a donkey, goats, etc.). The 'Glamping' was fun, clean, & comfortable. The only problem we ran into was checking in. We arrived later (it was dark outside) and just had the address to the retreat, but no specific directions on how to get to the glamping site. There were some signs but no specific signs to get to the glamping site and really minimal lighting. We took a few detours on the dirt roads and unfortunately after backing out of one dirt road to try to find the place, we ended up scraping our car on a pretty large rock, which did some decent damage on our car. So, I think better lighting, more specific directions, and more signs would be beneficial. Overall, I feel like they are doing a great job and we would definitely return!
This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays ever! The water sports, farm animals, and glamping tent were all above expectations! Lacy and Ben were extremely welcoming and helpful. We spent hours in the lake, on the paddle boards, in the kayaks, on the wibit and using the zip line. We will surely be back!

We are located in a small town in Utah just south of Price. It's quiet and is surrounded by a lot of natural beauty.
There is direct access to San Rafael Swell known for scenic sandstone formations, desert streams, deep canyons, and incredible panoramas that span 216,955 acres (2000 square miles) of wilderness with road, biking and hiking trails.
Short drive to dozens of mountain lakes in the Manti-La Sal National Forest.
Just a couple of our favorite places are:
-Joe's Valley for hiking, fishing, canyoneering (10 miles)
-The Little Grand Canyon for majestic views (18 miles)
-The Buckhorn Wash: Pictograph Panels (28 miles)

On Swell Retreat's 208 acres it is all natural with dirt and gravel and great for: bicycles, 4 wheelers, side by sides, foot traffic or your horses. We are sandwiched between the La Sal Mountain Range and the San Rafael Swell...tons of opportunity for horse back riding, 4 wheeling, off roading, site seeing in a car, etc. Whatever form of transportation you want to bring it will allow for great memories!!
