George and Victoria were very welcoming and helpful. The home was gorgeous and in a beautiful setting. A bit out of the town of Oban but so peaceful and quiet.
The Boat House is the perfect location for a quiet break with Sea Loch views. George & Vic were kind hosts and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Their recommendations were spot on and help shape our stay. Located just outside Oban with great sea food choices and easy access to the islands. Our visits to the Greenshack in Oban and our visit to Kerrera were top of our list, but to be honest just looking at the views from the Boat House is the best memory of our stay.
What a great find! Looking for somewhere to stay for a couple of night near Oban and immediately on arrival wished we were staying longer. Everything about The Boathouse was perfect- well equipped, spotless and fantastic location.
Georges place was lovely , super remote and out of town. A 12 minute drive into Oban its a cosy cabin tucked into a glen. George was helpful on arrival and popped in to check if we need anything or the heating on.
Great cabin, well laid out. Beautiful surroundings and wildlife. Friendly informative hosts.
