Enjoy a modern luxury sanctuary nestled in a subtropical cloud-forest valley. Sitting on the banks of the Alambi River, two luxury villas overlook lush tropical gardens, and two small man-made ponds. The villas offer wi-fi access, DirecTV, a spacious bathroom, a mini fridge and coffee maker. A covered (pergola) fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and seating area is located next to the villa entrance. We offer experiences for the adventurous as well as for those seeking a tranquil hideaway.

Hola, pasamos un fin de semana en la Villa 1 con nuestro bebé de año diez meses. El lugar es muy acogedor en medio de la naturaleza. Fácil acceso, a solo 45 minutos- 1 hora de la ciudad de Quito. Lo unico negativo por así decirlo, es que la cocina es compartida y se encuentra fuera de la villa. Por otro lado, el lugar ideal para descansar el fin de semana lejos del ruido y desconectar. David es atento y responde rápido a cualquier duda o inquietud. Hasta una próxima ocasión!

Finca Sauipe is only about 30 (48 km) miles from Quito. Nanegalito and Nanegal are both very small towns and the farm is located right in the middle of these two towns surrounded by mountains. It sits on the outskirts of the Humid Cloud Forest Reserve Maquipucuna.
You can get to Nanegalito from Quito by bus, taxi or private transportation (which we can help arrange if necessary). If you rent your own car, this will make it easier for you to visit near-by attractions at your own pace and time.

We own Finca Sauipe in Nanegalito, Ecuador. This private sanctuary provides so much tranquility for us. We enjoy sharing this space with many friends, family and our guests. We have lived in different cities in Ecuador and we lived in the Washington DC for 7 years. 25 years ago we came back and we bought this piece of land to enjoy. We have owned Finca Sauipe for 17 years and built in from the ground up and made it what it is today. This has been a long journey and we have enjoyed every moment. Please come share it with us!
