This cute and quaint RV is located 1/2 mile to downtown Brownsville, OR! Also only about 20 minutes to Lebanon/Sweet Home and 30 minutes to Eugene/Albany/Corvallis. This RV features a soft, comfortable queen bed, 2 bunks, and 1 full size table-bed if needed! Stocked kitchen, AC, wifi, bathroom, shower/bath (limited holding tank use), access to patio, and fire pit! Beautiful views of the coast range. We are happy to host you and your family! The RV is located in a neighborhood. This RV is on the smaller side, but has plenty of beds!

Monica and Joe filled a last minute booking for me. Communication was great, and the space was perfect!
The steep driveway was a little unhandy for my elderly mom. She’s in good health, and is just starting to feel her age, so I need to get used to thinking about such things. The rain and the incline made getting to and from the RV somewhat inconvenient, but the concrete wasn’t slippery at all, and it was okay for the short time we were staying. Other than that, everything was great. It’s peaceful, cozy, and nicely decorated. Monica was friendly and helpful, and always responded quickly. I would definitely stay again, though maybe not with my mom.
Chill quiet trailer in a nice neighborhood, I would definitely stay again.
Stayed there for our cousin’s wedding, and it was conveniently close to the ceremony. Nice hills for some walking and beautiful trees in the mountains. Would’ve been nice not to worry about water, but everything was as advertised.
