My place is located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Skopje next to City Mall(200m),Skopje town park and Zoo(1km) and is on the main boulevard that leads to the centar. You’ll love my place because it has modern interior, wonderful view to mountain Vodno and 5 rooms,fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms,internet,free parking,next to bus station on main blv. Partizanski Odredi and close to all main attractions in Skopje. My place is great for big groups, families and business travellers. My place is very spacious, and has beautiful view both on mountain Vodno and on Partizanski Odredi boulevard. It has all the essentials that will make you feel like you are in your home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine for kitchen, stove, boiler and all other kitchen appliances. The bathroom has a shower cabin and toilet. There is Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and TVs in the living room (with included HDMI/VGA cable for connecting a notebook to it) and in one of the berdooms. If needed, we can provide an XBOX360 for your entertainment pleasure so you can relax a bit after a long walk, some sports or after a tough business day... It can accommodate a maximum of 14 people ( 3 king size beds and 4 king size sofa beds). Linens and towels are included. Airport pickup available for an additional 25 eur Housekeeping cleanup option available: 15-25eur per cleanup (price depends on level of cleaning required and time. 4-5h=15eur, 7-8h=25eur) Hope you enjoy staying in Skopje. Communication with the host was easy and the instructions were clear. Also, the location of the apartment is very convenient. Anyhow, the place could be a bit cleaner.
Friendly, quiet place to stay.
The house wasn't clean, beds were clean and the toilet was clean. But floors were dirty and dusty but it's okay as long as you walk with your shoes on. Also the beds and couches in the house were really well put and nicely prepared for us.
Overall it was a very nice location at a good price.

Taftalidze it's calm quiet family neighborhood, close to city centar and it has many supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, convenient stores near by.
Its location, gives this apartment an advantage of being near the centre, but away from the busy rush hour, making it a quite place to stay for you business or pleasure travels. From a business perspective the location is great as it is a 5-10 min drive to most locations in the city. The apartment is very near, some 200 m away from the newly built City Mall which allows for great shopping opportunities as well. If you're a sports fan, even better, less than 1km away is the river bed, great for cycling and running. In addition, nearby is the National Sports Arena which includes state of the art sporting facilities, including a Gym, Swimming Pool, Basketball courts, Tennis Fields, Ping Pong and much, much more.
Hiking and Mountain biking are a short drive away as well, depending of your interest, wonderful options exist 3km away from the apartment. Even rock climbing options exist a 15km drive away.
By bus the place is located next to a bus station that can be reached with bus n.2, n.12 and n.22.
By car you can find it easy since Partizanski Blv. it's the main road in Skopje and the building is located on this street right across OKTA petrol station. Free parking is available behind the building on Helsinki str.
