Please note we did not actually stay at this rental. This host does not understand how Air BnB works. There was zero communication leading up to the night of the reservation, despite repeated messaging. We had to physically show up in person at another property that this host manages in order to get information. This host was extremely rude, temperamental, and yelled at myself and the members of my group (including our 5 year old child) in a hotel lobby. We were told there were electrical issues, running water issues at this property, and then mere minutes later we were told they were somehow “fixed”. We did not stay at this rental. It is a shame, as we were very much looking forward to this trip. This host was incredibly rude and outright hostile. I have never had such a difficult experience with an Air BnB host, I highly advise to not rent from this host. Please proceed with caution if you choose to book with her.
