Cozy space, with personality decor and good accessibility to the four areas of the city - 400m from São Judas station (blue line), 15 min drive from Congonhas airport and hypermarket 100m away. If you are spending time in São Paulo and want to feel at home, the apartment gives you that feeling, with the penthouse overlooking the tree-lined street and the greater SP being a privilege. We value diversity and all people, in their different ways of existing, are welcome. The apartment has a sofa bed in the living room, and a double bed in the main suite. In addition, we have another bathroom with shower between the living and dining room, for social use when receiving visitors. The kitchen is well equipped, with items to cook if needed throughout your stay.

Foi uma estadia excelente! Mariana é uma anfitriã espetacular, tudo preparado com o máximo conforto, respondia rapidamente. Adoramos o local e o melhor é pet friendly !
Mariana’s place was amazing. It felt like home. It had some basic stuff in the kitchen which was very helpful. All clean and matching the description and the pictures. The pool was amazing, the condominio is quite small so many times it was only us in the pool. I recommend Mariana’s place a lot! Especially if you stay for a longer period of time and you want to feel like home.

By Uber or car, you are 10 minutes from Congonhas airport, 20 minutes from the corporate area (JK Iguatemi), 30 minutes from the center of São Paulo (such as Sé, Higienópolis, Santa Cecília, Barrafunda), & 30 minutes away from Pinheiros and Vila Madalena.
The apartment also has two parking spaces available in the garage.
