A great retreat for disconnecting from the hustle and bustle and immersing oneself in the beauty of nature. Serene, tranquil, generously spacious, not posh but truly special. FYI: for those unfamiliar with navigating narrow and winding mountain roads, prepare for an adventurous journey to reach this hidden and affordable gem.

Great pleca to stay if you like to te ale deep inside the island. The only thing I found for improvement is the pool area. It should have total privacy.

The place is very nice for an overnight stay or a few nights, if you’re staying in the area for a festival or passing through in your road trip. At night, it’s great for stars gazing! You can even see shooting stars if you’re lucky enough. Keep in mind, the beds are somewhat small for two people, even though the place technically fits 5 people (2 in each room with full-size bed, not queen), but we never figured out if the sofa was a sofa bed (where the filth person would go?). Also, we never got the hot water in the shower or the bathroom sink. Overall, the place was very nice, clean, spacious for about 4 people, with a lovely backyard with a pool (we didn’t get in since it was way too cold for us, but it’s probably great in the summer and daytime), and a very remote area, so you can see the stars at night. Thanks Gabriel y Mara! The hosts a SUPER responsive and attentive. That was one of the best parts!!
