The house is new and some of the appliances are brand new. The landlord was easy to communicate with and helped solve a lot of problems. The only drawback is that since the house is so new, the kitchen lacks many items, such as electric kettle, saucepan, kitchen knife, bottle opener, salt, oil, etc. Although the landlord provided some items after communication, it was still not enough.
