To the ground floorThe Living area is bright and spacious and has a large corner sofa and 50 inch TV with sky sports, sky cinema etc. There's a dining booth that comfortably seats 8, a fully equipped kitchen and a sunroom that leads out into a private landscaped garden and seating area. Upstairs has a 3 double bedrooms and a shower room. Joanne’s Place was absolutely beautiful and amazing,she had thought of everything to make you feel comfortable, and welcoming,she added lots of little touches,like fresh milk,tea and coffee,and bottled water. I would certainly recommend staying there without a doubt.
Highly recommend immaculately clean and spacious property everything you need for your stay. Our family used the stay for next day travel to Manchester airport which is only a 15 minute drive. Joanne the host was really helpful and communications were great. We will 100% be using this property in the future.

We had a wonderful stay with Jo! She was a fantastic host! Always responsive, professional, helpful and friendly. We had questions about how to navigate the next leg of our journey with the rail strike going on and she was a great help during that process as well. Everything was spotless and beautiful. We felt comfortable and right at home and would love to stay at Jo's again - highly recommend! :)

Denton Town centre has a shopping centre full of the usual high street retailers, supermarkets and some great eateries with every cuisine plus wine bars and traditional pubs, all within walking distance from the property.
There are also an abundance of fantastic takeaways for those nights in!
Close to all transport networks into and around the city centre:
- Uber into city centre (approx £12-20 depending on time of day)
- local bus service 5 minutes walk - takes around 35 minutes into the
city centre (approx £2 one way)
- Nearest train station 20 minutes walk - direct to Ethihad and
Manchester Piccadilly. (approx £5.80 return)
- M60 is 5 mins away (Junction 24)
- also very close to Trans Pennine Trail for walkers.
