The hosts sound very professional when giving instructions that made me feel like I’m renting out a 5-star hotel room! Which is almost true as the place is very homey with all the complete supplies. My fave part is the couch that transforms into a bed, situated in front of the TV and beside the eating table. It is very convenient. I will be back for sure!
When I was looking for a place to stay and think, Alvin’s place stood out to me. And I am glad I did. I found the place that I can relax and just think things through. Place was very clean, simple and homey. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much!

Pro Tip: The park has a very chill vibe especially in the late afternoon.

Parking:
The streets of SMDC Air Residences are Malugay Street and Yakal Street. The easiest parking area is at the basement of Air Mall. Its a pay parking of P50 for the first three hours and 20PHP every hour after three hours. The parking is usually has ample of vacancies.
Getting there, you will have to turn left form Malugay or Yakal. The private street will lead you to the basement of Air Mall. You will see a parking guard , tell them that you are heading to the MALL, not the condo, to avoid confusions. The guard will tell you your parking space number.
You can also park at the mall of The Rise called Assembly, but its a bit much expensive there.
