Unwind in this well-curated, centrally-located studio in the heart of the charming Ardmore District. Conveniently located less than a mile from Novant Health and Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist medical center, 2 miles from downtown and less than 4 miles from local colleges. The private space includes a full bathroom with tub, access to a lush patio with a table set and a chiminea. The kitchenette is equipped for basic cooking with cook top, air fryer/toaster oven & microwave. The studio apartment is a renovated addition to the house. While technically attached to the main house, a mud room, wall, bathroom and dead-bolted door separates the studio and home, providing a sufficient sound barrier.

Enjoyed my stay in this beautiful studio unit! Very clean and welcoming with all of the amenities of home. Location is fantastic, commute to work was 3-5 mins max. Hosts were very kind and responsive. Looking forward to booking again!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay, though, we were there for appointments at the hospital. It was nice to have such easy access to all our destinations. We were also close to a variety of places to eat as well.

This historic neighborhood (the largest historic district in the city, in fact) was established in the early 1900s as a suburb of Winston-Salem. At the time, Winston-Salem was the largest city in the state of North Carolina.
Ardmore is known for its charming homes and tree-lined streets. It is in between both major hospitals and close to shopping areas like Thruway, with easy access to downtown, too. With more than 2,000 homes, it’s a large neighborhood. Miller Park is located in the heart of Ardmore, making the neighborhood a great location to walk or run.
The main home is located on a corner lot. The front of the home is on Melrose St., but your entrance and parking is on Maplewood. Off-street parking only, there is always plenty of space. There is a bus off of Hawthorne and plenty of walkable grocery.
