Take it easy at this tranquil lake getaway. Our cozy cottage is steps from Pewaukee Lake. Spend your time relaxing and taking advantage of the lake access! It’s the perfect spot to enjoy beautiful Wisconsin summers, but also ice fishing/winter activities too! We are very close to the adorable downtown Pewaukee Village area, where you will find the beach, shopping, and great restaurants. There are also a few bars and restaurants within walking distance from the house. The location can’t be beat! We love this house! We’ve put a lot of love and work into it and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. To help us keep things as clean as possible for our guests, please remove your shoes in the house. Our cottage is equipped with two bedrooms, both of which have comfortable queen size beds. There is a full bath on the main floor with a combined shower and bathtub. Bathroom amenities include toilet paper, a hair dryer, towels, wash cloths (including black washcloths for makeup removal) shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. The living room has brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring, a sleeper sofa with enough room for 2 more people to sleep, a TV with a fire stick so you can stream your favorite movies and shows, and games, books, and DVDs you can borrow (just please be sure to return after use). The kitchen has a custom built eat in breakfast nook and all the basics you would need to cook (pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, dinnerware, wine glasses, mini waffle maker, toaster). There is a coffee maker, and we provide coffee, tea, and creamer. Additionally there is a basement with a living space and TV, washer and dryer (available for use if staying 3 or more nights- laundry detergent and fabric softener is provided) and a work space, should you need it. There’s a game area as well with a ping pong table! We also allow 2 more people to sleep on a provided air mattress (8 people total max), for an additional fee of 40$ per person (per person, not night) Outside you will find a relaxing patio equipped with plenty of seating and a grill. It’s the perfect place to hang out on a beautiful summer night! **if using the grill, please clean the racks after you use it. The house is equipped with central air, heat, and high speed wifi. There is enough room for at least 1 car in the driveway. Please note, the driveway is narrow. During the summer months, street parking is allowed.
