Welcome to this two-story contemporary home nestled in southeast Montgomery, accommodating up to 20 guests! It offers 5 comfortable bedrooms and 3 clean bathrooms. This house boasts its unique and modernly designed sunken living room with a built-in seating area and decorative fireplace where you can spend quality time with family and friends. Prepare meals in our fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and more! We also have RokuTV, free wifi, and a pingpong table! Have some Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will be greeted by a modernly designed living room with a decorative fireplace on the right. Off the living room is a dining room adjoining the kitchen. There is a little hallway from the front door which leads to a half bathroom going to an extra living space, laundry area, and a large sunroom. On the left from the main entrance, you will find a bedroom with a desk near the door. The staircase is located just in front of the main entrance which leads to the other 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Overall, great experience. We had a little trouble initially getting in, but the host was super responsive and aided us through the entire process. Absolutely worth the price! Great for large groups and families.
The house itself is as advertised. Plenty of space for socializing. 8 true beds (queen size) that were comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels for all guests. Appliances worked as expected. The issue with the house/listing is that the inside is very outdated. Pretty much all throughout the house has seen excessive wear and tear. Scuffs on walls. Water stains on bathroom walls and doors. Carpet has seen a lot of foot traffic. Small shower areas. Paint and new carpet could go a long way. The location is ok. Easy to get to and access main highways but it is not in a great area. Our group on two occasions heard "pops" in the middle of the night that we can only assume were gun shots. At no time did we feel unsafe as the front door has an automatic lock but these incidents were unsettling. Check-in and check-out were very easy and reasonable. Host was also very communicative with instructions.
This house was AMAZING!!!! It has so much space! It was close to our event and easy to find. The host was very responsive and friendly! My team mates have officially designated me as the Airbnb queen because of this selection! We will definitely be back next year!
Upon entering the home, my family and I was amazed and felt right at home! The Pictures did not lie! Katy was very responsive with all questions we had and very helpful. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Our house is in a residential area, and is conveniently located with easy access on major highways, interstates, restaurants and more! Only a few minutes away to Baptist Medical Center South!
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
