Xavier's place is in a quiet neighborhood in East Montreal. It is within a walking distance from the subway; therefore, you can reach Old Montreal in less than 30 minutes. The room is exactly as described, with a lock. There is a washer and a dryer and amenities like coffee and tea avaliable all the time. Although I had some issues with the mattress, it may very well suit those who do not suffer from backache. Xavier was very attentive and immediately provided the items I needed during my stay.

Xavier is a fantastic host. His place is comfortable, has everything, and was absolutely spotless room, kitchen. bathroom, eveything. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasure to stay at Xavier's place. I recommend it! Calm neighborhood near the metro station, various shops and places to eat. Newly renovated and extremely clean appartment. Xavier is a great host, always helpful, nice and very friendly! Thanks again!
