We welcome you in Vasiliki's Home, in greek Tuscany and wish you a pleasant and restful stay. The house is located at an altitude of 250m in the hills of the historic Peloponnese raisin vineyards above Aigio. With the environment strongly reminiscent of Tuscany, Italy. The spacious house is perfect for a relaxing and peaceful holidays with all the modern comforts. Ideal retreat and place for excursions (Kalavryta, Trizonia, Nafpaktos, Patras, Olympia...etc. ) A complete and affordable dining and relaxing experience for families and groups of friends, only 2 hours from Athens. At a distance of 10 minutes by car are the wonderful beaches Aigialeia, Selianitica, Acoli, Lambiri, Loggos where you can combine your bath with excellent food and breathtaking view next to the sea and with amazing seafood ..while if you want nightlife you can visit one of the numerous clubs in the coastal zone of Aegios or the beaches we mentioned above. Greek Toscani Vasiliki's Home is 155 m2, able to host up to 6 people. What the house has: An open space with sofas, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. Three bedrooms with a king size bed each. Three bathrooms. Two with a showers and the third with a bathtub. Air- condition in an open space. Floor fans. Radiators. Electric and solar water heater. TV. Free Wifi. Balconies with an outdoor furniture. Garden. BBQ.

Καταπληκτικοι οικοδεσποτες,μας εδωσαν αυγουλακια απο τις κοτουλες που εχουν Εξαιρετικη τοποθεσια,ησυχη,μεσα στη φυση με ολα τα απαραιτητα για ενα νοικοκυριο,δεν ελειπε τιποτα απολυτως!!!! Το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα!! Ενιωσα οτι παω στο χωριο μου στο παππου και στη γιαγια Χιλια μπραβο και σιγουρα θα ξαναπαμε!!!!
Πηγαμε για 2 βραδιά ,παρέα 3 ζευγαριών με τα δύο σκυλάκια μας. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ μεγάλο και παρέχει τα πάντα !!! πολύ ωραία αυλή με μπάρμπεκιου και τραπεζαρία έξω . Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενεστατοι και πάρα πολύ βοηθητικοί σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε. Το μόνο μειονεκτήματα που βρήκαμε ήταν ότι τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια επικοινωνούν μεταξύ τους με σκάλα ,χωρίς κάποια πόρτα , οπότε δεν υπάρχει ησυχία και ιδιωτικότητα στα δύο υπνοδωμάτια τόσο . Σιγουρα θα σας ξανα επισκεφτούμε σύντομα , το σπίτι και η ηρεμία που υπήρχε στη περιοχή είναι ότι καλύτερο !!!
Παρά πολύ όμορφο και λειτουργικό σπίτι, καλύτερο αποτι φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες! Ότι πρέπει για μερικές μέρες χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας! Και το ζευγάρι που το έχει είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί, ευγενικοί και τρομερά φιλόξενοι!!! Περάσαμε καταπληκτικά!

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, αξιαγάπητοι οικοδεσπότες. Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας! Πανέμορφο σπίτι και εξωτερικοί χώροι, ό,τι και να πω είναι λίγο.

Check in instructions: You will take the apartment keys from a black/grey lockbox that is located on............................ It's the first box. Open the black lid, use the code you will see above and pull the small door to your side to open the box and collect the keys. Take the keys, close the small door again and shuffle the numbers. Τhe apartment is located on the ............ floor. As you exit the elevator, turn .................. and it's ...................... door on your left. On the door you will see a sticker with the inscription Mint.
HOT WATER & HEATING:
For hot water, turn on the switch inside the electrical panel that says "HOT WATER" and wait 20-30 minutes.
You can use the A/C to heat/cool the house.
There is a smoke detector.
Check out instructions: Check out is possible until 11:00am. You can leave the keys on a table inside the apartment and close the door behind you. Make sure first the door downstairs is unlocked!
Please make sure to lock the door of the apartment whenever you exit and enter the apartment and that all the devices, lights and switches (hot water etc) are off. Make sure that all the balcony doors and shutters are closed. It's a safe neighborhood but just in case.
HOUSE RULES
Do not throw paper in the toilet, but in the small bin next to it.
Please do not forget to turn off the switch at the panel after 20-30 minutes! Hot water is then available in the shower and kitchen.
