The hotel is nicely decorated and situated walking distance from Vanilla Beach. The antique air conditioner in our room was very noisy. Wifi is weak. When making the reservation, I requested a room with sea view. They left me confused that I booked a sea view room. On arrival we were given a room with window facing the neighbour’s wall. Had they explained the sea view room was a different one, I may not have booked this hotel. They forgot to clean our room when we asked them to and did not replace toilet paper. Missed items at breakfast, once we had to ask twice. Only black coffee is included in the pre-paid breakfast, they charge 100php for white coffee. They take breakfast orders in advance, and a few times they served it before the agreed time. It’s not ideal when there are birds hopping around on the tables. The staff members did not have a good attitude at times. It’s not a bad place, but with better customer service they could make their guests feel more welcome.

La chambre est assez simple et la salle de bain est vraiment petite et manque de place. Le ménage est fais seulement sur demande mais n’est pas très bien fait (sable de la veille dans la salle de bain, vasque..) le personnel semble vraiment froid et peu impliqué mais reste tout de même poli.

La Sirenne was a very good value deal. The staff were nice and the place was quite modern. The bed linen had some old stains but had clearly been washed and were clean. And everything else was clean. The real disasppointment for me was the the wifi connection was very slow and at times unavailable, because I was ill and spent plenty of time in the room.

Our stay was good. The breakfast was nice, the location was good and they organized a transfer for us. The room was nice, but the smell in the bathroom out the drains or wherever it came from was not very pleasant. But to be fair, we heard that El Nido has a problem with that in general and it smelled like this in many places. We also got poised by the water, we don’t know where we got it, but be careful with the water there (all El Nido).

Unterkunft war ok. Zimmer sauber, aber das Wasser stinkt leider sehr. Sehr laut, weil das Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption und neben einem Straßendurchgang ist. Frühstück war ganz gut.
