Nestled on the Kabulonga side of Ibex Main, this peaceful property is the apex of bespoke luxury and quality for those looking to rest in quiet comfort. You will also be in close proximity to three up-market shopping malls. This property is fully featured for families with all you need from luxuries such as that first Nespresso cup of coffee in the morning, dish television, to family times around the pool. Not leaving practical necessities including multiple baths and a fully-fitted kitchen. This is an ultra-modern four-bedroom house with a guest bedroom downstairs. The master bedroom and guest bedroom are both self-contained. One of the bedrooms has a double/single bunk bed suitable for children. The shared bathroom upstairs is complemented by a separate stand-alone toilet. The property has an open living room as well as a family room, both with large-screen TVs connected to DSTV. The place has Wifi and other amenities that make life easy. The property has a lithium-based power backup system. Two balconies open up for guests to enjoy fresh air and evenings in this central but quiet area of the suburb. The property has an open swimming pool and plenty of spaces for children to play outside. The orchard behind has oranges, lemons, mangoes, guava, and avocado in season. Guests can help themselves to some fresh fruit.

I loved the space and the house but kindly change your adress to the new ones given in Zambia. It took us two hours to locate your adress you gave. You can also change or correct your coordinates on internet . Secondly the bathrooms needs to be given attention the showers and the toilets need to be cleaned. The door handles to most rooms need some cleaning too. We booked as a group of 6 but there were only 2 table spoons please kindly improve on that but otherwise lovely home and good home equipment, furniture and comfortable beds.

Travelled to Lusaka for a business trip with my team and choosing to stay here instead of at a lodge was the best decision we made. The house is very spacious and beautifully designed and equipped with modern furniture, fittings and paintings. The aircon units in all the bedrooms were a great relief considering how hot it was when we visited. The pool was clean and the backyard is well maintained. The kitchen has all the different things you would need if you choose to cook and the large fridge is quite useful. It's clear that the hosts have really invested in this space and we're definitely staying here again on our next trip to Lusaka.
Located just 15 km southeast of Lusaka's CBD, this leafy suburb is well known for its upmarket appeal. The area boasts spacious homes with lush gardens and access to top schools, shopping centers, restaurants, hospitals, and public transport. The nexus of Kabulonga and Ibex makes this neighborhood one of the most attractive in the city.
You can get around using taxi apps such as Yango and Ulendo.
The property is less than a 10-minute drive to both the Centro Shopping Mall in Kabulonga and Novare Pinnacle Mall in Woodlands. Another smaller mall, Choppies is a similar distance.
