3 bedroom family home located within a 7 minute walk to Central Guildford and all the delightful restaurants and amenities Guildford has to offer. Suitable for families, business trips, groups and short or long stays. 3 bedroom family home located in central Guildford. Home is semi-detached with a church on one side and a lovely quite neighbour on the other side, meaning complete privacy and minimal noise! There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen to enjoy cooking and dinner parties. We also have gorgeous french doors that open up onto a lovely sunny private garden. Garden gets sun all day and has a social decking area, equipped with a BBQ and outdoor bar perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and catching the afternoon sun or for alfresco dining. Downstairs we have 1 large double bedroom with a comfy sofa bed, a bathroom with an over-bath shower and a big social living room with a 43inch HD tv (including Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and more. Perfect for movie nights or watching sports events. There is also plenty of board games for the family to enjoy. Upstairs we have a large master bedroom equipped with a smart tv, 1 double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a small office space. NO LARGE EVENTS OR PARTIES.

Our stay at Trish and Mike’s place was delightful. The accommodation was clean, safe, and perfect for our family, especially with young kids. Trish and Mike were incredibly friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was ideal, being close to both the town center and the university, which was convenient for our activities. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

La casa es muy bonita y acogedora, exactamente como se muestra en las fotos. Fuimos en un momento de mucho frío y se mantuvo en todo momento a una temperatura agradable. Está perfectamente equipada con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, tanto en lo que respecta a la cocina como a los baños y las habitaciones. La situación es muy conveniente: está en una zona muy tranquila, pero tiene un supermercado a un par de minutos andando. La estación de tren está también a pocos minutos, y se llega al centro de la ciudad dando un paseo corto. Los anfitriones son amables y atentos, y se adaptan a tu situación particular en cuanto a hora de entrada, salida, etc. Si tuviera que poner un problema, sería lo empinado de las escaleras y la presencia de escalones por toda la casa, por lo que no es muy adecuada para personas con problemas de movilidad. El resto, todo estupendo.

We are walking distance from town and train station. Or there is a bus stop 1 min walk from property. Then of course there is uber and local taxi services.
