The house was an absolute dream! We had spent my sister's bachelorette trip here and everything turned out so beautifully. The layout is spacious, and the decor is too cute. All of us girls were perfectly comfortable, and I will add that moments sitting out on that porch swing will stay me forever now, so thank you! Would highly, highly recommend this house and the owners are lovely!

This place was such a gem! Perfect for a large gathering and to get away from the noise of downtown Nashville while still being really close. The neighborhood was great and had fantastic little shops and restaurants nearby. The house was clean and matched the pictures, everyone absolutely loved the space! Especially that front porch!! Josh was responsive and super helpful! Can’t wait to visit again

Absolutely beautiful location! The park across the street is very peaceful, and the wrap-around porch is the best way to start the day. Very close to downtown Nashville via a cheap Uber ride. The house is nicely designed with unique and creative touches. The perfect escape from the city with a pool for a group of friends! Only tip would be making sure to check with Demi regarding the number of beds you’ll need because the listing photos are old and not quite accurate (may be updated when you book). All in all it was an absolutely wonderful trip, and we highly recommend staying with Demi!

We had the best stay at Demi and Keith’s place! The house is adorable and gorgeous, as well as in a very quiet and quaint neighborhood - all while still being close to downtown Nashville! Demi and Keith were very responsive and so sweet. 100% recommend this stay.
