I feel for all the money the place was not clean enough for me and did not have enough equipment in the kitchen for cooking etc , dusting the place did not exist !!! Dirty windows , spider webs on balcony, need to get a better cleaner , bathrooms need to be much cleaner !!

The location was very convenient. Very close get on the main highway to take you anywhere in the North Island. The host were very responsive and checking in was an absolute breeze. Close to great restaurants and clubs in Takapuna. Amazingly easy walking distance to cafes for breakfast and brunch and close walk to Takapuna Beach. The condo is great for families. We will stay there again.

Moderne Wohnung mit 3 Zimmern jeweils inkl. Dusche und WC plus eine allgemeine Toilette. Sicherer Parkplatz, Zugang mit Codes, freundlicher Kontakt. Leider etwas lärmig gegen Strasse und die Reinigung könnte ein wenig besser sein, vorallem in der Küche. Sonst alles okay.

We enjoyed our stay in Anna's unit. Chen (the co-host) was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The unit is very modern, had lots of comfortable and clean beds and bathrooms. The unit was very quiet. The only improvements I would suggest are some better quality utensils (the knives were so terrible) and a microwave. There is a fancy new steam/over combo, but it was a pain to use and not very effective for warming up food. I would recommend this unit to other travelers for sure.
