Great place to stay. The residence has all the necessary facilities. Bob is an excellent landlord, always available whenever you need him. I would recommend this place to young people. The only negative thing I could say is about the highway; you can hear the cars all night long if you prefer to sleep with the windows open.

Hosts are excellent communicatiors however the place could do with a bit more passion for it as they have a great space. security seemed to be concerned that the property was being used as an AirBnB would recommend for the hosts to align with the atlas office. overall enjoyed my stay and it was value for money, the place just needs a bit more love and investment considering the estate it's in.

I had such a terrible experience right from the beginning. I struggled with getting the key, the host did not respond till after about an hour of me waiting and trying to figure out where to find the key. Thereafter, I was met by a messy place. Rotten and old food in the fridge and counter, empty shower bottle in the shower, stains on the floor of the bathroom, sheets had hair on them. Really disappointed in the level of the service provided. Airbnb support was not helpful either I had to figure out where I was going to sleep and on-top of that I was penalised more than half of what I had paid for cancellation as if all of this was my fault. I regularly book accommodation using this app but after this I am extremely hesitant about using this app going forward.

I had a lovely time at Bob’s. He was very tentative and responsive to all my needs. I would definitely recommend.
