This was my first rental and I was nervous. I’m so grateful to Karl. A great host, answered all my questions, clear instructions, and the place was perfect. Looked just like the pictures and very clean. My son has special needs and doesn’t do well at hotels and this was great. Very peaceful and friendly town. Such a great experience that I will definitely be choosing Airbnb over hotels!

This house is a gem in Fremont. We’ve stayed at several in the area while visiting family, but Karl’s is our favorite. The home is beautiful, clean, and perfect for a family of four. We were able to have game night, take mid day siestas and overall really enjoyed the home. Highly recommend for a home away from home.

Highly recommend this airbnb for so many reasons! Karl is a proactive and super responsive host. He was flexible with our check in and check out times and always responded quickly to questions before and after booking and while we were there. The place is completely redone and everything is so nice, clean, new and modern. It was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The furniture and king sized beds were comfy (soft mattresses). Lots of nice, soft towels in the bathroom. There are so many windows so it's nice and bright, but there are room darkening curtains for sleeping. The location is super convenient to restaurants and Kroger (with a Starbucks inside) and parking is right outside the front door (with space for 2 cars if needed). We will definitely book again next time we visit family in Fremont!
